By the end of this page you can explain Agentrolux in two sentences, describe every product with a real example, walk a prospect through how we work, and answer the first questions with confidence.

Automations
Tap to see how it works →
Automations
Background tasks such as forms, invoices, follow-ups and review requests.
Example: after every visit, a thank-you and a review request go out automatically.
AI helper
Answers questions. Example: "What time do you open?"
AI agent
Answers and takes actions, but waits for your approval first. Example: "Shall I move Tom to Friday?" then waits for yes.
Where do the hours go?
Move the sliders to match a real business. The result updates as you go.
Example from the website: 6 hours a week × 70% given back × 52 weeks = 218 hours a year. At 35 per hour, that is about 7,630 a year.

Book the call, then run it well
A reply is not a sale. Your job is a confirmed one-hour call in the diary, then a clear conversation that ends with a dated next step.
Offer two times, never "when suits you?"
"When suits you?"
"Would Tuesday at 10:00 or Thursday at 14:00 be better?"
When they reply, do this
| They say | You do |
|---|---|
| "Send me some info." | Send a short email with one question and two time options. No brochure. |
| "Call me in a few weeks." | Agree a dated slot, confirm it in writing. |
| "I'm too busy." | Offer 30 minutes at the start or end of their day. |
| "We already have a website." | Ask: "Does it take bookings and send reminders automatically?" |
| "Send it to procurement." | Ask for the right contact, then agree a call with them. |
| No reply | Follow the cadence. Don't stop after one email. |
The 60-minute call

- 25–40Show value. Work out the hours and money at stake with the client's own numbers.
- 40–55Hand over. The technical founder explains the first version. You take notes on questions.
- 55–60Close. Recap the pain and agree the next step with a date, out loud.
